Question: Red itchy spots on my lower arm, what is it!? More details!.!.!.!?
It happened ever since I started working out in the gym!. Someone at CVS Pharmacy ( the consultant) told me it was an allergy!. I think its far worse than that!. It happned initially in a giant blot about 1 inch by one centimeter, like an oval!. It spread through random spots on my arms and on the left arm, there seems to be a blot forming similar to the one on the right arm which i just described!. Please please help!. Am i allergic or is it a disease of sickness i caught from someone at tha gym!. They are red all over, itchy as hell, and they are raised!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It sounds like you have hives, which are an allergic reaction!. It could be that you were allergic to something you were exposed to before the gym or after!. Many people get hives from something that came in direct contact with their skin, or from something that they ate!.
Benadryl works really well for helping to alleviate hives!. I would also suggest that you contact your doctor to find out exactly what it is!. They may be able to run an allergy test and tell you what you're allergic to or tell you that it's something else entirely!. Good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com

it might be heat rash!. i have heat rash right now and they itch really baddly and i have red bumps that are big all over my legs and arms and feet and stomach!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
