My dad has had a staph infection for about a week and a half now!. He went to the doctor at least five times just this week!. They had to some medicine in there!. It started out as a boil on his stomach, then it got worse and turned into staph!. How long do staph infections usually last!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

About a month usually!.!.!.!.it depends alot on what type antibiotics are given and how well the patient responds to them!. A stronger type may be needed if he is not doing well!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
