Question: My cheeks are always really red!?
i put sun screen on and everything!. they have been really red for about a year now!. they make my underneath of eyes seem dark because my cheeks are so bright!. is it normal!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Without seeing your face, it is hard to tell!. The skin can do so many things!. Have a dermitologist look at it!. If you have a red, butterfly shaped rash that includes your nose and forehead, that can be a sign of Lupus!. It could be roscacia!. It could an allergy from the sun screen!. Also, a skin conditon Keratosis pilaris!. have Keratosis Pilaris but fortunatley not very bad!. Its a build up of Keratin (found naturally in nails and hair) n the pore of the skin!. It usally occurs around the cheek area and upper arms, but can also occur on th thghs!. Its had o get rid of, and is geneic!. Some cases are a wose than others!. Exfoliating with an exfoliation glove helps bit!. Theyre $2 from any cheapie shop and you use it with bodywash in the shower =]

The bottom photo of Keratosis on the leg just looks like goosebumps!.
I only get it on my upper arms and right cheek!. Its not that bad either!.

I have had this problem since I was little, it's usually a hormonal thing!. Not much you can do but wait it out or wear cover-up!. Hemp lotion is a temporary solution for me!.

I used to get red cheeks from irritated skin!. my skin was too dry and I didn't use the right lotions which made it worst!. I use nuetragena anti wrinkle lotion which has sun screen in it!. works great!. Also climate(weather) might have something to do with it!.
