Just make sure she see a doctor soon, in the mean time apply neosporan ointment (spelling!?), there are many other too, just get it at a pharmacy!.
Put a good size ban aid, to keep the dirt out, buy some cleanser too and keep it clean dry and loaded with ointment or cream!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
