Question: My diaphragm hurts after coughing and throwing up!.!.!.!?

Bad stomach bug going around, and I've been coughing from allergies!. My diaphragm hurts pretty bad, at least thats what i think hurts(when i breath in, right under the ribs!.!.)Www@Answer-Health@Com

well the diaphragm is contracting when throwing up and coughing, so if you do it a lot, its going to be sore!. sometimes when you get a bug, it makes muscles sore, and the diapragm is a muscle
