That sounds very close to what I have!. I actually have something called dishydrosis which is a form of dermatitis (dry skin) and it is kind of the opposite of what my dad has in the winter!. When it is warm and my feet are a little sweaty, I get like little blisters on my feet and sometimes hands which actually dry up and flake like dry skin!. No one in my family (household) has them and it is not contagous!. I've been to the doctor and they give me steroid cream but I can't really tell if it does anything because it comes and goes on its own anyway!. I sometimes think that it is stress related, but again it doesn't seem to be contagous!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

warm weather to me brings up athletes foot maybe!? if you have on tennis shoes and your socks are damp from sweat, water, it could cause athletes foot!.
just a suggestion, i know from experience athletes foot is a dry scaley rash located mostly on one's foot (especially between the toes) if it is located between your toes, this is a possibility!.
if that is the case, use ahtletes foot care products, located in the pharmacy area of any wal-mart, or in any drugstore (walgreens, osco drug, Jewel, etc!.!.) a product that worked for me was lotrominWww@Answer-Health@Com

Yes, it is called a heat rash!. Stay hydrated and lots of soothing aloe and lotion, if that does not work, consult a doctor!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Are you sure it's not some kind of staph or fungus!?

It sounds like a staph infection to me!. You should seek medical attention during the next break out!. You may need antibiotics!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
