In my blood test: W.B.C Low (4.2), R.B.C Low(4.36), M.C.H High(31.4). Please int!


Question: In my blood test: W!.B!.C Low (4!.2), R!.B!.C Low(4!.36), M!.C!.H High(31!.4)!. Please interpret them for me!.!?
I have visited doc!. for pain in my knees, He ordered X-Ray image & blood test!. After seeing results, He diagnosed my problem as Softness of Cartilages!. My medical prescription contains: Vitamin D3 injections, Indomethacin, Betamethazone & Triple Flex (brand name)
In my Blood Test Results: CBC
W!.B!.C Low(4!.2) Normal Range (4!.4,11)
R!.B!.C Low(4!.36) Normal Range (4!.5,5!.9)
M!.C!.H High(31!.4) Normal Range (27,31)

Neutrophils 54%
Lymphocytes 42%

Answers:
Actually those blood tests are not terribly ABnormal!. I would not be too worried!. Your blood and your system is fine!. If anything, you might be slightly anemic (shortage of red blood cells)!.

A slightly low WBC count is nothing to worry about!. If it was really low, then you would be worried about immune system compromise but again, you're fine!. These things can fluctuate a little bit from day-to-day!. If you were to draw your blood today, you might find that all your tests are "within the normal limits!."

I might add that the "normal ranges" vary from institution to institution, from lab to lab!.

Again, I don't think you have anything to worry about!. However, if you are still concerned please talk to your doctor about it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
