Question: Please help!am i anorexic!?
all the time my mind is telling me that food is bad for you and to not eat it!. sometimes i am even scared to take a bite of food when i am starving!. i am not really that skinny and i am not fat!. i have been eating very very small portions of healthy things a day but i excercise it off at night!. and i am very low in energy!. also when i eat i don't throw it up!.please help me! thanx!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

That is the same thing with me!. If I don't eat though I get a headache!. When my mind tells me that I just tell myself " Do I want to die or live a healthy normal life!?"Www@Answer-Health@Com

When you throw up the food you eat it is called bulmia!.(hah not a good speller) You may be anorexic!. You said your mind tells you that food is bad for you and not to eat it!. Remember that you need food in order to survive!. When you are starving or hungry eat something!. Do you really want to be starving and feeling sick all the time!. I don't think ANYONE wants that!. You should talk to a doctor!. I know everyone is going to wind up saying that but its true!. If you are really not to sure ask him/her!. And if you are really that nervous about getting fat eat healthy foods!. Those 100 calories packs are also good!. haaha!. well good luck and hope this helps =)Www@Answer-Health@Com

I am so sorry to hear your problem as it is serious and came become even more so with time!. You should, if at all possible, talk to a licensed psychologist!. Sometimes these feelings you are having can be sourced from feeling a lack of control from other areas in your life!. Most often it is a combination with depression or manic behavior!. You do exhibit signs of bulimia and I truly hope that you will seek professional guidance!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

at this point you are not considered an anorexic,but you must eat healthy to maintain an ideal body weight!.not too many people know that if you eat 5-6 times a day healthy not only will you shed unwanted pounds but will replace it with healthy muscle tissue!.that is why you are low on energy because your body is starting to get what it needs from your muscles and that puts a drain on you!.just remember your own avatar"PASSION FOR LIFE"Www@Answer-Health@Com

are you afraid of gaining weight!? it sounds like you could be anorexic!. food is not bad for you, just try to stay on a healthy diet and balance everything out!. if this doesn't help you, go to a therapist or ask one of your close friends or family!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

that's actually a form of bulimia its called purging you eat but you feel guilty so you exercise it off it is just as bad as anorexiaWww@Answer-Health@Com
