Help with the Flu?!


Question: Help with the Flu!?
i have the flu!. I have been throwing up for about the past 5 hours!.

I was wondering when would be a good time to eat something!?, because im getting kind of hungry

and what can i eat besides crackers and toast!?

awww, the stomack flu, thats the worst, i mean, you have to throw up but you still have an appitite, when you jsut have the normal flu, you completly loose your apitie, its funny how that works!.

welll with the flu, i'd say the vomiting will continue for a day and a half and up to 3 days!.

as for eating, man, viriss work weird in that way huh, throwing up and still with an apitite, anyways, i wouldn;t recomend you eat anything!. but if you drink alot of water, the growl in your stomack might go away,
Ginger Ale is an exellent beverage to drink!. flat or not, it has alot of carbin so it;ll be good, or Perier though don;t drink Perier when its flat, its jsut carbin so its one of the better choices, Green Tea, i am not so sure about, its usually to get rid of colds, but if you do have green tea, drink it without sgar or any other products other then the actual tea, and i recomend using a tea that is with leaves not in packages, but i guess both can work (the tea that jsut comes with leaves is much more relaxing without sugar then regular bagged tea without sugar) and Japanese Tea is Wonderful, i never drink it with sugar,

and for food, well i have to admit, i wouldn;t recomend you eat anything, when you Vomit, its your stomack trying to cleans itself, get rid of all the waste, but i guess if your Starving, and water won;t get rid of the growl, have mashed potates, toast, and yes crackers are the best choice, don;t eat anything unateral, so natrual Apple Sauce is also a very good choice, or any Souces extracted from fruits (not added chemicals) is good,

but try and drink water instead, alot of times, when you get hungry, you actually jsut thirsty, so when your stomack growls all you need to do is drink, unless you actually have a really big craving for food, i wouldn;t recomend you eat anything (unless form the lsit above)

also, try and sleep alot!. keep your head elevated as much as possibe!. and oprn your windows if its not too hot!. get a fan or anything!. air is exellent

also, a trick my parents once told me, was that if you burp, it gets rid of feel notios!. so give it a try, (it works for me)

Beside medicines to cure your selfs as doctrors will give you there is alternate and natural solution like green tea or herbal teas special for flu plus do drink lots of lemon or eat tomatoes as it contains large amounts of vitamin C witch is crucial against the flu as for what you should eat well just eat your throwing isn't due to eating but duo to the flu it self so better throw up food than your atomic acids because that is really not cool trust me i have been through it since i did not want to eat i was throwing up my atomic witch was really painful!!!
Get a good sleep and keep on doing what i toled you until you should be fine!.
Oh yeah a flue usual y take from 4 days to more than a week to heal demanding on the person and how you are curing it!.

If you can get some ginger gravol tablets those should really settle your stomach or at least try some gingerale!. If the vomiting came on suddenly without a fever, aches, or general malaise, you may be suffering from food poisoning!.

Flu can last from 24 hours to a week!. The severe vomiting should end soon!. If you are unable to keep fluids down, consider seeking medical treatment (prescription anti-emitics or iv fluids)!. Make sure to keep drinking water or juice!.

You might try eating some fruit, perhaps oranges (apples can be quite acidic and hard to digest) It is best to stay away from dairy which is hard on the stomach!.
