it just could be you are somehow having circulation problems and should be checked out by a dr!. it could be nothing!. Does it happen often!?Www@Answer-Health@Com
even if you lay on your back you could be cutting off blood try laying on your stomachs tonight also it could be the positioning of your arms!. There is also sleep paralazie which means when you wake you can still be dreaming of some sort!. If the above does not fix your problem see a doctorWww@Answer-Health@Com

Numbness is a sign of poor circulation and since you are not laying on them to cause this i would tell my Dr about it if it happens alot!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
