Are you asking about putting it your skin or eating it!? Not sure if eating it would cause you to tan better!. I would not recommend slathering any sort of oil on your skin and sitting in the sun!. Skin cancer is a killer!. It would be better to tan gradually while using a product that protects your skin from sun damage!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
