I was born with hydrocephalus which was passed from my father!. Just wondering what the chances are that I will pass it onto my children!?

No way to know if it is genetic, unless maybe there is genetic testing done on you and your dad and even then not everything is known about genes and diseases that there is to be known!.
I found a link to one syndrome called Fryn's syndrome that has hydrocephalus that is genetic!.!.there may be other genetic types!.!.!.
