Yup!. Salt will cause you to retain water!. This raises your blood pressure and causes you to swell, especially in your hands and feet!. If your blood pressure stays too high for too long it can cause some serious heart problems!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Excess sodium can lead to sore joints, (high sodium is the cause of gout, I think) excess water retention, bloating, organ failure, high blood pressure, and edema!. Pretty sure it leads to other things as well, so just be conscious of how much sodium you take in!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
