Acne & food?!


Question: Acne & food!?
its a certainty that when i wake up in the morning i'll have new spots on my face!.
Could it be what i'm eating in the evening for dinner before i go bed & my body not being able to handle it so eliminating it through the skin!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Guess what!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.everyone on here who says food does not impact your chance of getting acne is DEAD WRONG!. Food is fuel for our bodies!. I think someone on here already said the old adage "you are what you eat" and that is absolutely true!.

Acne is a direct symptom of a bigger problem, usually meaning your body is out of balance!. And what balances your body!? Why, food of course!

You are most likely consuming too many grains and sugars (REALLY think about what you eat and how much of it is grain and sugar) which are the prime culprit behind the development of acne

Boosting your immune system by consuming raw, organic fruits and most ESPECIALLY vegetables will not only improve your health but encourage for a healthy BOWEL!.

When your body is able to properly eliminate toxins though the bowel, it has no need to eliminate them through the skin and cause acne!.

Don't be fooled by the "all knowing" medical community when they pronounce it to be false that food has anything to do with acne!.

If they knew what they were talking about, don't you think people would no longer suffer from it!?

Junk food has long been associated with acne however this is been disproven by rigorous scientific studies involving thousands of people!. But a good diet and plenty of water certainly may be beneficial!.

A common question about acne is "how do i get rid of it!?" and "what should i use!?"

If you know what causes pimples (whiteheads) then you will know what to use!. White heads are caused by blocked sebacious cysts, we all have them, and their function is to protect the faces skin by secretion of a little oil!. When these get blocked they swell and get red and inflamed!.

Most commercially available creams, soaps and lotions contribute to blocking sebacious glands or worse still dry them out and the glands overcompensate by secreting even more oil!.

The most effective thing you can do is GENTLY rinse the face 2x a day with no soap and luke warm water!. A good diet and excercise also helps!.

Keep it simple don't: sqeeze, scrub, pop, pick or apply anything to your face that you would not put in your eye!. If this doesn't work you may have to consult a dermatologist for antibiotics or a medicated product!. 2 to 3 Echinacea 5000mg tablets/capsules once a day can be good for preventing acne but please consult a pharmacist first!.

Also make sure your pillow cases are cleaned regularly every day or two so you are not "lying in grease" every time you go to bed!.
