If you are both absolutely clean you will not catch anything!. You get STDs from having sex with an infected partner, not from the act of sex itself!. If you're nervous there's no harm in both of you getting tested, but if neither of you have had sexual contact with anyone else it's not strictly necessary!.
The one thing that you could get from oral sex is herpes!. If you allow someone with an active cold sore to perform oral on you, or if you have a cold sore and perform oral on someone else, oral herpes can spread from the mouth to the genitals!.
