Question: Need tips on how to cut back on sugar intake!?
ok i really need to cut back on my sugar intake, becasue i am addicted to it and i need to something about it!. but of coarse since it's like something i cant live with out i really need some good tips on how to take a little out each day and substituted it for something else!. thanks!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

make a plan and cut a little out at a time!. don't do it all at once!. for example, if you have a snickers bar everyday around 10am, then cut that out and replace it w/ something at least half healthier!. little by little!.!.!. good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Why do you need to cut back on it!? Are you actually diabetic, or are you one of those people that thinks they can become diabetic from eating sugar!? (you can't)

Anyway, my favorite sugar-cutting foods:

Quaker Lower Sugar Oatmeal
"Fun Size" candy bars
Diet sodas, especially root beer
Oatmeal cookies made with 1/2 the sugar and 1/2 the raisins
Blueberries with a sprinkle of Equal (get them at Costco)Www@Answer-Health@Com
