Question: Is there anywhere you can donate unused prescription medications and even over the counter!?
I have samples that were given to me and a $200 med I bought that turned out I don't need, I would hate to throw them away knowing that someone could use them!. Also, pulmicort respules for children with asthma!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

The recommended thing is to contact "Doctors Without Borders" and donate the meds for use overseas!. There's nothing illegal about it, like it would be here!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

For safety no one is legally to dispense medicines in unite state except of license pharmacy(not even doctor) and base on present law no pharmacy willing to take such risk to re dispense your medicines so your 200$ medicines better keep by yourself in case you need it later but need to approve by your doctor and these medicines's effect date still not expired!.Or just throw it away !.You know that all prescribed medicines has batch number in case some thing go wrong they can trace back the source!.Samples has no value you can give back to your doctor,most likely he will throw it away!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
To my knowledge, if it is prescription medication, it is illegal to give your prescriptions to someone else!. You just don't know what it will do to the receiving person!. Most of the time it is recommended that you take it back to the pharmacy that you got it from!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
You can take them back to the doctor you got them from and request that they go to someone who really needs them!. I've known people to do that!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
call your local hospital and see if any of the physicians there do volunteer work overseas!. They may be able to use it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
