I am on blood pressure medication and my blood pressure is still too high. Shoul!

Question: I am on blood pressure medication and my blood pressure is still too high!. Should I be scared!?
Answers:
Scared--no Concerned--yes!. You need to notify your doctor!. My doctor will do a BP check at no charge and this is what I do!. I have the nurses to check it and if they consider it too high--they will tell the doctor!. Good LuckWww@Answer-Health@Com

You should make sure your diet and exercise program are supporting your efforts to lower your blood pressure!. Eat bulky and green foods, with skinless chicken, turkey an fish for protein!. Get a full 8 hours sleep!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

That will be a problem in the long run!. Start exercising!. I used to have high blood pressure, I started riding a bicycle an hour a day (I started with 15 minutes a day and worked up from there)!. I lost 60 lb and am off almost all my blood pressure meds!. My BP is low most days!. Exercise and losing weight will really make a difference!. Good luck!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Fear only raises your blood pressure!.
But, yeah, I'd definitely be concerned!. Time to do a complete lifestyle evaluation with your doctor and figure out what has to change in order to get your BP down!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It's then time to raise the dose of the medication or start a second blood pressure medication!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
