I'm no expert, but herpes simplex can be the cold sore virus, so yes making out could transfer it!. Mouth sores is an obvious sign!. Genital herpes I think is where you get blister type sores!. Unless the skin had a mouth sore, you should be fine :-)Www@Answer-Health@Com
