Question: My partner has intense bone pains and stiffness that started a year ago!?!?
He started with psoriasis guttate all over his body last december!. the bone pains started this march!. he is in pain daily with it!. he has seen specialists but is awaiting a diagnosis!. any suggestions would be appreciated!. i think it is psoriasis arthiritis, but can it come on in a normal body so quickly, literally overnight!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yes, this definitely sounds like psoriatic arthritis!. PA typically starts with the skin rashes, like you are describing, and then the joint pain comes on later (and it can come on kind of suddenly, just like you describe)!.
Your partner needs to talk to a specialist called a "rheumatologist!." These doctors specialize in inflammatory diseases like PA!. There are LOTS of treatments out there for PA these days, and while it may take some time for your partner to find the one that works best for him, eventually, he will!. And then will be on the road to feeling a lot better!.
Make sure that while you are taking good care of your partner, you also take good care of yourself as well!. Being with someone who has a chronic illness -- especially one that causes chronic pain -- can be very hard on you!. It's frustrating not being able to do anything to help, and it's exhausting feeling like your whole world sometimes has to revolve around how THEY are feeling on any given day!. If you start to have trouble coping, I hope you will consider finding someone to talk to -- be it a friend/family member who is going through the same thing, or a counselor or other professional!.
