Wash you hands!.!.!.
then get some liquid dial soap and gently wash off any of the crusties that have built up!. Then soak your ear in a shot glass with five parts water and one part salt!. (luke warm works the best)
Do not touch it unless you are cleaning it, only twist the jewlery AFTER you have cleaned it with clean hands!.

Do not use rubbing alcohol! It will kill not only the bad germs but the ones doing the healing and dry out your piercing!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
