A cataract is clouding of your natural lens inside the eye and no, it does not resolve on its own!. Depending on what type of cataract you have (if you have one at all) that will determine how fast it will progress!. Usually steroids, certain medications, and injury can cause a cataract that progresses very quickly!. Otherwise, almost everyone gets it with age, as it is a natural aging process of your lens!. Normally it progresses very slowly, thus you get used to it and don't realize the changes until your vision prevents you from doing your daily activities!. If it is really bothering you, go see an ophthalmologist!. It is a good idea to eliminate any potentially sight threatening conditions!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
