If it is indeed a heart issue then she needs help!.!.!. go to the hospital!. Likely they will run an EKG on her and then it will be known for sure whether it is or isn't!. That said, if a person can place their finger on the area that hurts it is likely up on the chest wall and is not heart related (thats not 100%)!. If the pain is defuse and its exact locality cannot be determined!.!.!. now THAT is likely related to heart issues!.
