Does any one suffer from chafing?!

Question: Does any one suffer from chafing!?

I have chafing on my inner thighs!.I have 3 bright red marks on them that have a rash sorta looking thing on them!.i have been applying vaseline frequently tot he offected areas!.Does any 1 have ideas on what else i could do to prevent this problem from occuring!.It is so irritating!.Please honest answersWww@Answer-Health@Com
