Question: I had a very upsetting dream last night!. How can I get rid of the feelings that linger this morning!?
Answers:
Go back and lie on your bed, close your eyes and relax!. Then imagine the dream again, but this time, change the ending so that it turns out the way you want it!.
Keep repeating it until your mind accepts the changed version of the dream!. Eventually the memory of the good ending becomes stronger than the bad ending!.
It works and is an effective from of therapy for whatever was bothering you that caused you to have the dream in the first place!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

just tell yourself to get over -it was JUST a dream!. move on with your life and spend more time on the positives it has to offer!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Do something to distract yourself, have friends over, go out, SHOP!
