Sorry sweetheart, with gay intercourse you got to be careful these days!.
Unless you're 18 (and even if that, you have to have your own insurance) then you HAVE to tell your parents especially if they have you on their insurance, they will find out if you go to the doctor with their insurance because they will get notifications in the mail!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You could pursue treatment but it would be a long process!.

You could also seek out Case Management, they should have some agencies in your area (or near) that could be able to help you with that!. I work at a ASO (AIDS Service Organization) in Michigan and if you want to give us a call I can connect you to a Case Manager that could answer ANY questions that you may have!. Our number is 810-232-0888 or 1-800-225-2437!. It would be totally confidential!. :)
A Case Manager can also assist you with telling your parents when you feel the time is right!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You know, you might have to tell your parents!. When do you turn 18!? Because alot of stuff will need their signature since you are still a minor!. Talk to your doctor and see if your parents are needed!. You will definatly need all the support you can get!. I'm sorry to hear you have HIV at such a young age!.!.!.you should have been more cautious!. But I'm pretty sure, since you are a minor you need your parents!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

For medical treatment you will need to tell your parents because the medications get really expensive!. I can't imagine what you are going through and my deapest sympathies go out to you!. You're not going to like my answer: Tell your parents immediately! You're talking about your health, and at 17 you won't have the financial means to get the treatments for HIV without their insurance!.

The more time you wait, you'll just going to get sicker!. Tell them RIGHT NOW!Www@Answer-Health@Com

I'm so sorry you have HIV!. Try looking in the yellow pages or online for a free AIDS clinic in your area!. I think that they will treat you for free and won't tell your parents!. Call them to find out!. Or find a number for an AIDS hotline and they will be able to tell you what to do!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I don't know what state you live in but every state has a different rule and doesn't require teenagers to tell their parents about being treated for STD's!. I am attaching a website that you can check out a few rules!.
