Check out sleep disorders!. Without your knowing, you could be getting insufficient sleep that is making you just tired enough not to want to do anything during the day!.

It could be apnea but does not have to be!. Both restless leg and periodic limb movement can begin mildly and progress to really bad!. A sleep test would tell you if anything like that is going on!.

Sometimes it's a matter of elimination, so go to an MD and get tested for things!. Don't let them tell you it's all in your head!. Get another doctor who will listen to you!. Look for someone younger who is open to the newest medical innovations!.
It COULD be in your head, but I wouldn't start there because if it's physical you'll have wasted a lot of time!. You can try allergies, also!. They can make you tired!.
Lyme is easy to test for and if it's that--start treatment IMMEDIATELY!. And, yes, ADD is another candidate!. This is why you should go tell all your symptoms to a doctor!. Meanwhile, keep a food diary and notice if you are worse after eating certain foods!.

Go to a doctor!. Go NOW!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Go see a doctor you trust!. It could be a number of things but one disease that is becoming more commonly diagnosed is Chronic Fatigue - constant tiredness and an unwant or inability to function in day-to-day activities!. In the past, these symptoms were passed off as laziness or symptoms of others disorders but the medical community is now recognizing that it MAY be a disorder in itself!.

That being said, it is not an excuse or something a person can label themselves with JUST because they have having a lazy day!.

Extreme tiredness for days and days despite eating normally and trying to exercise/do your day-to-day activities can be caused by anemia (extreme low iron) and depression!.

Like I said, see your doctor and be honest!. If they laugh it off get a second opinion!. If it is really disrupting your life you need help!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

ADD lol!.

Attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) is a biological, brain based condition that is characterized by poor attention and distractibility and/or hyperactive and impulsive behaviors!. It is one of the most common mental disorders that develop in children!. Symptoms can continue into adolescence and adulthood!. If left untreated, ADHD can lead to poor school/work performance, poor social relationships and a general feeling of low self esteem!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Anemia is a possibility, when my red blood count was very low and I lacked iron, I could hardly get up off the couch to cook dinner!. Was sooo tired!. After several units of blood, I immediately felt my strength returning!. Have some blood work done, it can show many different possibilities for what you call laziness!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

A person who is lethargic may be depressed!. Diabetics also experience laziness and depression!. High or low blood pressure could be a cause!. Bad nutrition, a head injury, Thyroid disorders, and even constipation could be a cause!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
