After I masturbate in a hot shower, I get these small red bumps at the top of my uncircumcised penis on the foreskin!. In the last three months, they have appeared twice!. It only happens when I do it when I masturbate and take a hot shower!. So far, I has shown up in the same place twice!. It last for a few days!. I am in my mid-twenties!.
