Preparing for a blood test?!

Question: Preparing for a blood test!?
I'm having my annual blood test coming up in exactly a week!. I was wondering what foods (if any) could help my blood for the test!. I was doubting that the healthier food would make a difference in my blood in only a week, but can it!? If so what are good foods to eat !?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
for annual or quarterly blood testing just eat normally!! If you don't maintain a good food plan all year round you won't have a good testing!. It will be accurate of what you do to yourself, but not necessarily healthy!.

Blood testing is to see what you have been doing to yourself during the past 3, 6, 12 months!. There is nothing you can do to change them in a couple of days or weeks!.

Eat healthy all year round and you should be healthy all year round!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

If your talking about a fasting blood sugar test, you need to fast 8-10 hours, however if it is an A1c test fasting is not necessary as it measures your glucose over a 2-3 month period that is weighed more heavily in the last 2-3 weeks prior to the test!. A Glycomark test will measure your post dranial blood sugars up to a 2-3 week period!.

An A1c test is no longer the gold standard for measuring glucose levels unless it is accompanied with the Glycomark test!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

food eaten during the upcoming week will not have any impact on your blood test!.!.!.!.!.are you diabetic, if so, just continue eating like you normally would!.!.!.!.!.some tests require that you not eat or drink anything after midnight the night before, call you Dr office and ask is there any special preparation you need to follow prior to the testWww@Answer-Health@Com

You don't want to change your eating habits as that would defeat the point of the test!. The goal is not to "pass", it's to find your health status!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
