Yeah I have!. I was cutting myself for a girl a couple years ago in 6th grade and the school told my parents I had to see a therapist!. It didn't change my way of thinking at all! That was about 10-ish visits and it ended up costing one grand!. It was a waste of time for me!. I mean after that I grew out of having suicidal thoughts but it wasn't because of the therapy!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
