Question: Do I really have a cold sore/fever blister!? i'm paranoid about it!.!?
I woke up this morning and the corner of my mouth was starting to itch!. It got worst later because i licked it or something, so i looked in front of the mirrior later to check how bad it was red with a group of tiny small bumps in the area!. i aviod touching it as much as possible!. I thought of things i did in the past few weeks!. I remember sharing a can drink with a friend and he happen to go clubbing a week ago kissing girls in the club!. Could he have spread the cold sores to me!? i also woke up to a sweaty pillow sheet but i'm the only one that rest on it!.
I cannot remember if i ever got something like this as a child all i can remember is chicken pox cause i'm 17 now!.
I showed it to my grandparents they said i didn't have enough sleep, i showed it to my mom and she said it was from eating too much fried/junk food all the time!. They made it sound like it's nothing to worry about!.
I'm worried and i'm going to visit the doctor on monday!.

Nobody is going to make fun of you honey!. It does sound as if it's a cold sore which are very common (especially as you've had chicken pox) but as you've found out contagious!. You can buy some cream containing Aciclovir which will help dry it up at this stage!. In future once you feel that tell tale itching apply the Aciclovir and it helps to stop the cold sore from developing further!.

Sounds like you definitely have a cold sore!. There are different types of herpes!. Although having a cold sore is having the herpes virus, unless you have a cold sore when you go "down town" it's all good!. Just be sure that you don't have a cold sore, other wise it can then become genital herpes!. If it makes you feel any better, TONS of people have had a cold sore!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
That is a cold sore!. I get them all the time or like once a month!. My mom says that it's from thirst, but my dad says its from the wind!. All I know is that they are contagious!. My dad never had them until I kissed him good bye once!. I had them since I was a little kid!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
