Question: Am I allergic to fruit and vegies!?
When i eat, apples, watermelon, cucumbers, oranges, and other stuff!.!.!. my gums itch, and sometimes i get a rash thing on the inside of my lip!. help me!. why is it doing that to meWww@Answer-Health@Com

A fully qualified Naturopath will be able to conduct allergy testing on you buddy !.!.!.!.!.!.!.!. i myself can't eat apples or oranges, bananas, grapes or mangoes !.!.!.!.!.!.!. they're all really high in sugar and i have the dubious notoriety of being highly intolerant to high sugar fruits !.!.!.!.!.!.!. watermelon, strawberries, blackberries i can eat though !.!.!.!.!.!.!.!. such a nuisance but definitely not worth the pain of eating things to which you intolerant or allergic!.
Hey, an easy way to tell if you are allergic to a particular food is to take your pulse before eating the food ~ timed over a period of 30 seconds then double the result (your pulse will probably be between 52 and 70 beats per minute) ~ eat the tiniest morsel of the food you suspect you are intolerant or allergic to and take your pulse again 15 minutes later ~ if it is 20 beats or more higher you probably have an allergy to the food!.
