Question: Can Anyone Help Me (Urdu Medical Translation Question)!?
Hi, I'm sorry to be a bother, but I need an English-Urdu translation, as a 37 year old divorced pakistani woman has been admitted to the infectious disease ward on which I work, unfortunately, none of the staff speak urdu at all!.
However, her son is on his way, but since he lives in Scotland, it'll be tomorrow before he arrives!.
I want to tell her the following:
I'm sorry, but you were brought here to the Infectious Diseases Ward because you have been diagnosed with tuberculosis!. I'm sorry, but none of the staff in this hospital speak urdu!. We cannot really communicate with you until your son arrives!. But your prognosis is looking good as we caught the infection early!.
I'm sorry that it's a bit long, but I just need to communicate that she has TB, and then we can wait until her son (who is fluent in both languages) arrives!.
She's been in hospital before, but always with her family, so there's been no trouble communicating!.

TB is called "tap-diq" in Urdu!. The T is pronuounced as in "thing" and D as "th" in "this"!.
Aap ko Infectious Disease Ward mein laaya gaya kyonki aap ko tap-diq hai!. Muaaf ki jiye ga, lekin haspataal mein koi Urdu nahin bolta!. Is liye hum aap se baat nahi kar sakein gay jab tak aap ka beta na aajaaye!. Magar aap ki haalat (prognosis!?!?) mein sudhaar aaraha hai kyonki hum ko alaalat jaldi ma'alum ho gayi!.
