ok i know this is really gross but i do it anyways, and i want to know if this is healthy!.
i bite the inside of my mouth and and suck the parts i bite!.
(yes this means the blood)
it is gross and i know it but its the only way for it to stop bleeding

Doesn't sound healthy to me!. I don't want to scare you but it is not a good idea to get into the habit of this!. Check it out with your doctor or dentist they will tell you the implications of repeatedly doing this!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
