Question: I have a mole that might be cancer!.!.!.!?

so im going to get it removed, but i dont like how it looks , its pretty big cause its grown,thats why it might be cancer!. its about the size of a pea!.!.!.how do i cover it up while wearing sun screen becuase im afriad it will get bigger and more cancerous!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
