Little bumps on my whole arm!Help plz best answer 10 points!?!

My mother is a docter this could be hives!.!.Hives are red blotches usually caused by an allergic reaction!. Or you may have taking a pheniumone from the sun!. This just means that you need to go to the docter and ask for seruption cream it should help!.

and if so has it given you the bumps!?
if thats the case then i would say its nair!.

Do they hurt, or did you just get bumps!?
