1!. Try avoiding touching your face!. The oils/dirt on your hands (not saying they are dirty, but it's usually a factor) can clog the pores on your face leading to more pimples!.
2!. Find a face wash that works well for you!. My personal favorite is St!. Ives Apricot Scrub with salicylic acid!. My friend who used to make 3 of the Clean and Clear Oil Sheets clear, uses the Neutrogena face washes and he's blemish free now!.
3!. Use pimple cream!. I like to use ones with 10% benzyl peroxide but that might be too strong for some skins!. Try finding one that doesn't irritate your skin too much!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
