Answers:
You are referring to something which is quite normal, You would have heard that the body temperature rises at ovulation and this is a method to find the day of ovulation!.
In your case you feel that raised temperature, about 15 days before the periods, and this corresponds to the time of ovulation!.
This is NORMAL!.
Do not worry and do investigations!.

Added later after reading about the kidney transplant

The fact that you are gettings drugs to prevent the rejection, and the possibility of immundeficiency comes to mind!. An infection related to the Genito urinary system ,considering the fact that the fever comes regularily in relation to the midcycle makes me yet consider something related to ovulation!. The ovulation for the body is a time of stress!. Are those symptoms getting exaggerated due to , may be the kidney condition and the effect of drugs, or is there some other chronic infection getting exacerbated during the ovulation period !?
These come to my mind!.
An appointment with the nephrologist to exclude a problem with the kidneys is important!.
Another thing that comes to mind is an exacerbation of a urinary tract infection close to ovulation!.
Was a urine culture done!?Www@Answer-Health@Com
