Stop playing at once go to a doctor (sports medicine) and get a good examination blood work, and MRI or X' Ray or both of the areas that are giving the problem!.

You may have any number or things but it could be as simple as "sprain ankle" and injured knee, in that case rest is the answer and then starting the sport participation, very slowly and Increasing it very slowly and steadily!.

In the mean time elevate the legs to see if the swelling comes down!. If so then take aspirin, if you are not allergic to it, take a full dose for few weeks, then switch to low dose maintenance 81/80 milligrammes per day the new Baeyer comes with cholesterol medication, that may be batter but do see a doctor to rule out any other problem such as major blood vessel blockage or varicose vein problem!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
