I have allergies too and the same thing happens to me!.!.!.i rub my nose back and forth and sniff(it makes a really annoying sound) but yes its because you blew too hard try putting Vaseline in your nose(not all the way up) just barely in there because your nose becomes sore and gets all type of scabs in it because of blowing too hardWww@Answer-Health@Com

Sometimes when you blow your nose hard and frequently, this can burst capillaries and cause a little bleeding!. I've seen little bits of blood in my own snot as well, during allergy season, especially when the air is very dry!.

Picking your nose can irritate and scratch the tissue, as well!.

Still, if you are very worried, you could always call a hospital/HMO advice line to see what they recommend!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

it sounds like a sinus infection
alot of people get them, me included, and the same thing happens
it might be hayfever or something else as well
talk to a doctor, and he can suggest stuffWww@Answer-Health@Com

The tissue in your nasal cavities is very sensitive, so you may have tore the tissue a bit!. But no worries, that tissue heals quickly!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

When you blow your nose too hard some blood can come out!. Still, you can always make sure with a doctorWww@Answer-Health@Com
