One of the keys to managing and controlling diabetes is controlling your carb!. intake!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.sugars are carbs!. so you need to cut back on the amount of carbs!. you take in your meals or your going to have consistently elevated blood sugars!. No one will tell you that you can't have sugar but it has to be included as part of your meal plan!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Take extra insulin to compensate for the extra sugar you took!.
Or, for myself, if I know I'm going to be exercising that day a lot, I may not take any insulin at all, my exercise takes care of it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
