its 16!.!.!.but you dont have to sign anything and there are loads out there that will do it if you are under 16!.
i had mine done years ago and no it doesnt hurt having it done!.!.!.!.it hurts after coz your tounge swells up and you cant swallowWww@Answer-Health@Com

Most piercers dont legally have to have an age limit, except for genital and nipple piercings which is 18, however most reputable piercers will say you need to be a minimum of 16 before getting piercings, you will normally have to fill in a form and if u are under the piercers required age usually 16 your parents might have to sign a form!.

I am pretty sure it would be 16 maybe even 18!. If you are under 16 you need a parent to go with you and sign somehting, but i would assume it was 18

Tattoos is 18 - although not everyone sticks to that!. I think piercings are the same - although not everyone sticks to that either! Those that I know found it difficult if they looked under 16 - the shops wouldnt do it!. Some though do as we have seen people with it!. So I think it is a case of just asking at the shop you have chosen!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
