My legs hurt, feel swollen, heavy?!

Question: My legs hurt, feel swollen, heavy!?
My legs sometimes ache and feel swollen and heavy!. Elevating them doesn't really help!. I have been tested for diabetes and don't have it!. I also have lots of spider veins and I'm only in my twenties, and I'm not overweight (5'7", 130 lb, and in good shape)!. My legs hurt more on days when I don't work out!.

Right now my legs are covered with tons of tiny red dots that look like burst capillaries!. I don't think that has ever happened to me before!. I don't know why my legs hurt!. Is it poor circulation!? I have taken supplements that supposedly help with circulation but they haven't really helped!.

Does anyone know what could be causing this, or what kind of doctor to consult!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
You should see a hematologist or a cardiovascular doctor!. This sounds more like a blood clotting problem, where you may have blood clots forming in your legs giving you the swollen and heavy feeling and causing blood to bleed out from the blood vessels into surrounding tissues!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Maybe food allergies, additives in foods!? Have you been tested!.!. These types of allergies can cause all kinds (sometimes) odd health problems!. Another thing, if you have to stand stationary for periods of time!.!.!.this can cause feet & legs to become swollen/painful!. Spider veins!. Don't know about the tiny red dots!.!.!.!. See a foot specialist & an allergist!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

it could be restless leg syndrome!.

but i would go to the doctors right away im not sure what kind of doctor tho!. but im sure if you go to your regular clinic they can send you to the right kind of doctor if its needed!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
