Help, professional advice?!

Question: Help, professional advice!?
recently i was on a week long trip to london, after the third day, i had an extremely long panic attack 3+ hours!. i went to the hospital, they recon it was because i had been suffering from the flu and my body couldnt cope with the pollution etc!. i have never had anything like this in my life!. over the next 3 days i had about 12 attacks!. since ive been home ive never had anymore of these attacks!. when i got home i went to my local GP, they seemed to think the same as the hospital, but im not sure!. i am really curious as to what was causing these attacks!. any info from a professional would be great!. thanks!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
The panic attacks could have been brought on by the stress of the trip or by some other factor contributing to some stress that you may have experienced while in London!. Now that you are at home and in your own comfort zone, you are not experiencing the stress that you probably was experiencing in London!. You are probably at ease and that is why you are not experiencing those panic attacks anymore!. Sorry to hear that you experienced those attacks while you were on your trip!.!.!.!. I am sure that they did not make your trip enjoyable!. I am sure that now you are home you are going to probably not experience anymore attacks or at least they should be less frequent!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
