Question: When an earlobe keloid is being treated, do you guys remove the piercing or leave it in!?

A keloid, the jewelry will be removed and it will be surgically removed!.
Only if there is an infection should you leave you jewelry in!. (otherwise if you take it out, the bacteria will be trapped underneath and form an abcess)
I suggest you use tea tree oil on it as well!.
Tea tree oil will reduce the keloid!. Also it is very soothing!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

A keloid is a scar!. A scar is formed after something is healed and so I don't know why someone would be being treated for it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
