Definitely sounds like a sinus infection!. If you don't want to go to the Dr!. and want to try to get rid of this yourself, I have a few suggestions for you!. Take a nice warm steamy shower to help get that mucus moving!. Wal-Mart also sells a product put out by Village Naturals for sinuses!. It works wonders!. You can find it in the cosmetic section!. Another thing would be to take some mucinex!. It will help get rid of all of that mucus!. The mucus is what is causing you to feel like this!. When it drips, it causes nausea!. When the sinus cavities are filled with mucus, it causes headaches, pain and pressure!. The temp is from the fact that you have an infection and your body is trying to fight it off!. Another thing that you may want to try is sudafed or the sinus medicine or your choice!. I hope all of this helped!. Good luck with your sinus problems!.
