What can i do to get some sleep?!


Question: What can i do to get some sleep!?
im a night owl but im trying to change to sleeping habits because i know it's not healthy!. i usually go to sleep at like 3 or 4 in the morning, and sumtimes even later!. i just can't seem to get to sleep, i feel like i have a bit of insomnia!. And when i do manage to go to sleep it's only for about 4 hours, and i am so tired and wiery the next day!. how can i stop this sleep cycle!? i've done sleeping pills for a while but they always make me groggy when i wake up!. what do i do!. please help!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I've had the same problem!. Some things that have helped me are:
Don't take any drugs like sleeping pills anymore!. They don't give you beneficial sleep!.
Exercise during the day but start calming down in the evening!.
Don't eat anything after about 7:00 pm!.
At the time you would like to go to sleep, try reading a book or doing something relaxing that doesn't involve a lot of thinking or figuring things out!.
Maybe take a warm bath in the evening!.

I still don't sleep more than 6 hours or so, but I used to be like you and just sleep a few hours!. These things have made it better for me!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
