It could be strep (from yeast and stuff) or it could be another STD, but just because your throat hurts, doesn't mean STD!.!.!.!.!.!.!.it could also just be from having your mouth open for a while!.!.I'm not trying to be gross, but if that isn't something you do all of the time, thats what it could be from!.!.!.!.!.!.go to the doc and have a culture done, more than likely you are ok, if it is an std, is is probably something that will go away with antibiotics!.
