Question: What disease could this be!?

I overheard a conversation where my grandpa, who is 60-ish, is peeing black stuff!. The symptom apparently went away, but I'm worried, but I dont want to ask him since technically I wasn't in the conversation, and that's kinda weird to me!. But that is REALLY gross!. what could it be!? I know it might be kinda undetailed, but that's all I know!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
