same as with anything else put facewash on it, maybe clearisol or something like if u were washing ur face!.!.!. the problem is the oil, get rid of that and they wont come back!.!.!. as for the ones u have now!.!.!. pimples on the ear hurt but it still wont come out without opening it up to get out the dirt, sweat and other gunk that got in there to create the blackheads!.!.!. i personally squeeze out any pimples i get even if they are on my ear, those ones are hard to get an hurt alot tho!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
